社会工作参与社区儿童教育的工作模式—以H区“四点半课堂”为例

摘要 儿童是祖国的花朵、未来的栋梁、今后社会发展的中坚力量。在整个成长的过程中,他们是需要引导与教育的。社区教育作为社会工作服务的一种,为社区儿童提供教育服务的同时,促进了社区家庭的和谐,推动社区的发展与进步。本文以Z市H社区“四点半课堂”服务为例,分析社区儿童教育服务存在的困境,特别是运用社会工作模式存在的现实问题,充分发挥社会工作在社区儿童教育中的功能,推动社区发展与进步。 As flowers of the country, children are the pillars and the backbone of social development in the future. It is essential to give them guidance and education during their growing process. As a kind of social service, community children education not only provides education service for community children. At the same time, it promotes the harmony of the community, as well as the development and progress. Taking “4:30 Class” in H community of Z city as an example, the dilemma of education service for community children education has been analyzed, especially the practical problems existing in the social work mode. Hence, it is proposed to give full play of the social work function in community children education, so as to promote the development and progress of the community.
