坚持党的领导、加强党的建设,是我国国有企业的光荣传统,是国有企业的“根”和“魂”。其中,作风建设是关系到国有企业的健康持续发展的重要保障。因此,必须根据党的十九大报告中提出的新要求,联系国有企业的实际,从坚定理想信念、形成作风建设常态机制、提升监督执纪能力、完善问责机制、发挥领导干部“关键少数”的作用等几个方面,加强国有企业的党的作风建设,为国有企业构建风清气正的发展环境提供坚强保障。

And among them, the style construction is the key for the state-owned enterprises to keep a healthy and sustainable development. Therefore, according to the new 19th CPC National Congress’ new requirements, we must see from the status quo of state-owned enterprises, forming the ideal faith, building a style construction norm mechanism, improving the capacity of supervision and enforcement, perfecting the accountability mechanism, giving play to the role of leading cadres, strengthening the construction of the party’s style, thus providing a strong guarantee for state-owned enterprises to build a honest and upright environment.
