社会主义核心价值观引领新时代农村文化发展的文献述评

Literature Review on the Development of Rural Culture in the New Era Guided by the Socialist Core Values

文化发展是社会主义新农村建设的内在要求,用社会主义核心价值观引领农村文化发展是全面建成小康社会的现实要求。当前学界对社会主义新农村文化发展的重大意义、现存困境与实践方略进行了研究,对社会主义核心价值观引领并融入农村文化发展的必要性、制约因素、现实机制、具体维度和基本路径进行了卓有成效的探讨。但是,对农村文化发展的战略定位,还有待于从中华民族伟大复兴的战略高度来审视。同时,对社会主义核心价值观引领农村文化发展的现实路径的研究,还需要从主流意识形态话语传播、农村地区特色地域文化发掘、核心价值观融入农民生产生活方式的创新等角度进行探析。

Cultural development is the inherent requirement of the construction of a new socialist country-side. Leading the development of rural culture with the socialist core values is the realistic re-quirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, the academic circles have studied the great significance, the existing predicament and the practice strategy of the cultural development of the new socialist countryside, and made a fruitful discussion on the necessity, the restrictive factors, the realistic mechanism, the concrete dimension and the basic path of the socialist core values leading and integrating into the development of the rural culture. However, the strategic orientation of rural cultural development needs to be examined from the strategic height of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. At the same time, the research on the realistic path of the socialist core values to guide the development of rural culture needs to be analyzed from the perspective of the communication of the mainstream ideology, the exploration of the regional culture in the rural areas, the integration of the core values into the innovation of the peasants’ way of production and life.
