新时代特区建设社会心理服务体系路径探究

Research on the Path of Constructing Social Psychological Service System in New Era Special Economic Zone

为响应习近平总书记在十九大报告中关于加强社会心理服务体系建设的精神,本文分析了新时代社会心理建设的匮缺导致民众心理失衡现象日益凸显,指出特区在社会心理服务体系建设中存在的一系列问题,突出体现在社会各类人群对于心理服务的强烈需求和整体上心理服务供给不足之间的矛盾,并对建设特区社会心理服务体系的路径提出了对策建议,通过建设工作路径、强化政府领导、明确部门职责、完善服务网路、建立人才队伍等举措,努力提高社会心理服务的制度化、专业化、社会化、智能化水平,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态,适应特区经济社会发展的需求。

In response to the spirit of President Xi Jinping on strengthening the construction of social psy-chological service system in the reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we firstly analyzed that the lack of social psychology in the new era would lead to the phe-nomenon of psychological imbalance in the public. Secondly, we pointed out that there exist a se-ries of problems in the construction of social psychological service system in special economic zones, which highlights the contradiction between the strong demand for psychological services of different groups of people in society and the lack of supply of psychological services. Thirdly, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the path of building the social psychological service system of special economic zones. Specifically, through the construction of working paths, strengthening government leadership, clarifying departmental responsibilities, improving service networks, establishing talent teams, we strove to improve the institutionalization, professionalism, socialization, and intelligence level of social psychological services, cultivated self-esteem, self-confidence, rationality, and positive social attitude, for better adaptation to the demands of the economic and social development of special economic zones.
