精准扶贫下公共图书馆服务弱势群体的路径研究

Research on the Path of Public Libraries Serving Vulnerable Groups under the Policy of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

随着近些年我国改革不断深化,国家所颁布的各项政策更加具有针对性,其目的在于实现全面小康社会,而精准扶贫作为新时期下我国扶贫开发战略的重点方向,体现了党与国家更加注重“以人为本”的思想理念,也是能够改善我国现状的先决条件,被各界人们所广泛推崇,在精准扶贫当中,文化扶贫作为战略核心,能够从根源转变人们的意识,帮助弱势群体增强实力,在国家改革的浪潮当中,为全体人民提供坚定的基础,所以针对精准扶贫战略下,公共图书馆对于弱势群体所应当进行的服务,就需要及时提上日程,并且不断创新改革,发扬我国传统文化,促进社会各界共同繁荣。

With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the government’s policies are more pertinent so as to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. As a strategic focus, the highly praised targeted poverty alleviation embodies the idea of “putting people first”, which is a prerequisite for improving the situation. As the core of the poverty alleviation strategy, poverty alleviation through cultural development will fundamentally change the vulnerable group’s outdated way of thinking and increase their self-improvement ability. Providing service for the vulnerable groups of public library should be on the table. The public library should make a difference through reform and innovation. What the public library do at present matters more than promote traditional Chinese culture.
