党的十八大首次提出“美丽中国”的设想,并把生态文明建设写入党章,蕴含着生态文明建设的基本要求,是中国共产党建设绿色中国的新的生态理念。党的十九大再次将建设“美丽中国”写入报告,进一步明确“绿色”发展理念,推进生态文明建设。文本从全球性的视角来审视美丽中国的内涵,从理论、实践和世界性的视野来找寻建设美丽中国的意义,并从美丽中国的内涵和“五位一体”的布局出发,提出关于建设美丽中国的现实途径,这对于我党把美丽中国的建设落实到实处具有重要的指导意义。
