新工科背景下大学生就业质量评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of College Graduates’ Employment Quality under the Background of New Engineering

对现有的与毕业生就业质量评价相关的研究成果和文献进行查阅和梳理的基础上,通过设计调查问卷及访谈形式,遵循科学性、导向性、全面性、层次性、个性化及可操作性原则,结合相关专家的就业管理经验,探寻影响高校毕业生就业质量的各种因素,构建“四维一体”毕业生就业评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标,13个二级指标,40个三级指标。最后对高校教学改革、人才培养模式和政府优化教育、就业政策等方面给出建议。

On the basis of reviewing and combing the existing research results and literature related to the evaluation of graduate employment quality, we explored various factors affecting the employment quality of college graduates, combined with the experience of relevant experts in employment management, following the scientific, oriented, comprehensive, hierarchical, personalized and operable principle by designing questionnaires and interview forms. We build a “four-dimensional” graduate employment evaluation index system, including four first-level indicators, 13 secondary indicators, 40 three-level indicators. Finally, some suggestions are given on college teaching reform, talent training mode, government optimization education and employment policy.
