浅谈西方式代议制度在中国的失败

辛亥革命之后,西方式代议民主制度得以在民国确立,民主共和似乎变成了现实。但中国近代的问题错综复杂,远不是一个共和政体与一纸宪法就可以轻易解决的,而且对西方模式的照搬和简单机械的套用带来的新问题远远大于它所解决的问题。此外,所谓的民主制度还长期被各派军阀拿来充当自己争权夺利的遮羞布,导致在实施宪政的过程中没有“法统”只有权力争斗。这也导致国人对于西方代议民主制度的态度逐渐转化为怀疑甚至厌恶,最后将它抛弃选择了社会主义。

The 1911 Revolution overthrew the Qing Dynasty and established the Republic of China.Next,the western representative system was established in the Republic of China.The Democratic Republic seems to be a reality.But the problems in modern China are complicated.It is not a republican regime and constitution that can be easily solved.Moreover,the representative democracy in the Republic of China was almost copied from the West.This simple mechanical application brings new problems far greater than the problems it solves.More than this,this so-called democratic system has always been used by the warlords as a fig leaf for their power struggles,leading to the result that in the process of implementing constitutionalism,there is no“rule of law”and only power struggle.This has also led to the transformation of the attitude of the Chinese from deep conviction into suspicion or even hate.Finally,they clean it up and throw it away and replace it with the socialist system.
