城郊农村农民再就业研究——以山东省G县为例

A Study on Suburban Rural Farmers’ Reemployment—A Case Study of G County, Shandong Province

党的十九大报告指出,就业是民生之本。城镇化的推进,农村过剩劳动力大量的转移,在再就业过程中就出现了种种棘手问题,按地域划分的话,在城市和农村的中间带的城郊区域问题尤为明显,可谓第一战场。再就业对促进城郊农民融入社会生活、有效规避社会风险等方面发挥着重要的作用,更好促进城郊农民就业,也关系国家长治久安、社会繁荣稳定。

The report of the 19th CPC national congress points out that employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.With the advancement of urbanization and the transfer of a large number of surplus rural labors,various thorny problems have emerged in the process of re-employment.According to geographical division,the suburban areas in the middle zone between urban and rural areas are particularly obvious,which can be regarded as the first battlefield.Re-employment plays an important role in promoting suburban farmers’integration into social life,effectively avoiding social risks and other aspects,and better promoting suburban farmers’employment is also related to the country’s long-term peace and stability,social prosperity and stability.
