增能视角下失独群体自组织的功能研究

Functional Study on Self-Organization of the Parents Who Lost Their Only Child from the Perspective of Empowerment

失独群体是在计划生育政策背景下衍生出的一个庞大的弱势群体,由失独群体自发产生的组织——失独群体自组织,以“抱团取暖”的形式在心理、生活、养老等方面适当填补政府和社会组织所忽略或无有效手段解决的问题,在情感慰籍、人际关系网的重建方面、社会政府连接方面都有一定促进作用。本文将从增能理论的三个层面,即个人、人际关系、社会,针对失独群体自组织的功能做出论述。

The parents who lost their only child are a huge social vulnerable group because of the family planning policy.The organization they spontaneously come together to create is called self-organization.Members of self-organization usually comfort and accompany each other,which can appropriately fill the inadequacy of government and social organization in mental health,pension security,interpersonal relationships and so on.The author will discuss the function of organization of the parents who lost their only child from three aspects of the empowerment theory,namely,individual,interpersonal relationship and society.
