试析《管子》的贫富有度思想

An Analysis of the Thought of Poor and Rich in Guanzi

《管子》是我国封建社会早期一部关于国家经济、政治、文化、军事等方面的综合性巨著,其在涉及到经济管理方面的诸多材料中,体现了一个重要的思想观点,即“贫富有度”。本文在前人的研究基础上,通过系统梳理散见于《管子》各篇章中关于“贫富有度”思想的语句,发现《管子》认为“贫富无度”的主要原因是富商巧取豪夺以及统治者不能制定和执行正确的调节政策,因而国家要在经济、行政和社会保障方面采取相应措施,以实现“贫富有度”。

Guanzi is a comprehensive work on the national economy,politics,culture and military in the early days of China’s feudal society.It reflects an important ideological point in many materials related to economic management,namely,“limiting the gap between the rich and poor”.This paper is based on previous researches,and systematizes the statements about the thought of“limiting the gap between the rich and poor”in the chapters of Guanzi.It was found that the main reasons for“the large gap between the rich and poor”in Guanzi were the extortion of wealthy businessmen and the rulers’failure to formulate and implement correct adjustment policies.Therefore,the state should take corresponding measures in the aspects of economy,administration and social security,so as to achieve the goal of“limiting the gap between the rich and poor”.
