高等学校的思想政治职能、教育理念及其辩证关系浅论

The Educational Ideological and Political Functions, Educational Philosophy and Their Dialectical Relations of Universities

本文以讨论高等教育系统的思想政治职能为出发点,认为高等教育是学生教育和思想情操建设的出口,是爱国主义的重要建设阶段,是社会主义核心价值观建设的核心基地,是各种思潮碰撞的舞台,也是思想高地,是我党和各民主党派交流的重要舞台,是思想建设和传播的最后堡垒和有力武器,是“巩固和发展马克思主义”的重要阵地。进而讨论了高等学校的教育理念和思想政治职能之间关系,认为思想政治职能是政府对大学管控和干预的基础,思想政治职能是高等教育哲学发展的内在驱动力,思想政治职能和教育哲学及教育理念之间是对立统一关系,两者统一于社会主义实践,高校的社会主义实践就是社会主义教育理念和社会主义“人才标准”的实践。高等教育系统的思想政治职能传递给教师个体后,就产生了教师的思想政治职能,教师是高等知识的传播者、学生专业发展的理论导师,同时也是学生思想灵魂的工程师和按照“社会主义人才标准”培养人才的践行者,教师的思想政治理念是传播社会主义思想价值观的关键。高等教育不是培养为工作而存在的“螺丝钉”,而是高校教师首先塑造一个趋近完美的“自我”,然后将这种趋近完美的“自我”传递给广大学生。

Based on the discussion of the ideological and political functions(IPF)of the Chinese university system,this paper argues that the university is the export of student education and ideological and sentiment.It is an important construction stage of patriotism.It is the core stage of the con-struction of socialist core values.It is an important stage of communication between our party and the democratic parties.It is the last fortress and powerful weapon of ideological construction and dissemination.It is“an important position to consolidate and develop Marxism”.And then the author discusses the relationship between the educational philosophy and the IPF in universities.It holds that the IPF are the basis of the government’s control and intervention to those universities.The IPF are the internal driving force of the educational philosophy development of Chinese university system;the IPF and the education philosophy are the unity of opposites,which are unified in the socialist practice.The socialist practice of universities is the socialist educational philosophy and“socialism talent standards”.After the IPF are passed to the individual teachers,the teachers’IPF are produced.Teachers in Chinese universities are the communicators of profound knowledge,the theoretical tutor of the professional development of students,the spiritual mentor of students,and the practitioner of the socialist educational philosophy and“socialism talent standards”.Thus,teachers'ideological and political ideas are the key to disseminate the ideological value of socialism.Universities do not cultivate students to become the“screw”in a work,but the college teachers first create a“perfect-self”,and then pass this“perfect-self”to all students.
