政府R & D资助对企业自主科技创新的影响——基于门槛回归分析

Influence of Government R & D Funding on Independent Scientific and Technological Innovation of Enterprises—Based on Threshold Regression Analysis

摘要 本文使用固定效应模型和Hansen发展的门槛回归方法,对2012年至2017年我国规模以上工业企业的38个行业的面板数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明目前我国政府R &D资助对企业科技创新有着显著的正向影响,且该影响会随着政府资助力度的增加而呈“倒U型”分布。 This paper uses the fixed effects model and threshold regression method developed by Hansen to make an empirical analysis of the panel data of 38 industries of industrial enterprises above the scale in China from 2012 to 2017.The research results show that,at present,Chinese government R&D funding has a significant positive impact on enterprise scientific and technological innovation,and the impact will show an“inverted u-shaped”distribution with the increase of government funding.
