高校教师职业道德缺失原因分析

Analysis on the Causes of Teacher’s Professional Ethics Deficiency

高校教师肩负着为国家培养为现代化建设服务的高素质人才的任务,不仅要在专业知识方面教会学生如何学习,更要在生活上为学生树立良好的道德榜样。然而,在当前利益格局大调整和冲击下,一些背离社会主义道德文明,有失师德师范的现象屡有发生,师德准则的“应然”与师德实践的“实然”有较大反差,本文通过对教师职业道德的概念界定,对高校教师职业道德缺失的成因进行分析,总结影响教师职业道德发展的因素。

College teachers shoulder the task of cultivating high-quality talents for the country’s modernization construction.They should not only teach students how to learn in terms of professional knowledge,but also set a good moral example for students in life.However,under the big adjustment on the current interests and impact,some deviate from the socialist moral civilization,which is the teacher’s ethics normal phenomenon occurring frequently.“Ought”of virtue rule and“reality”of the practice,have greater contrast.In this paper,through the definition of teachers’professional ethics,the causes of the lack of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities were analyzed,and the factors affecting the development of teachers'professional ethics were summarized.
