老年文化消费现状问题调查研究

摘要 我国人口快速进入老龄化,且随着科技的快速发展,老年人文化消费赋予了新的内涵,其市场价值不容小觑。在实证调查过程中笔者发现老年人收入水平低,制约文化消费水平,城乡间、地域间的基础设施差别较大,文化消费市场符合老年人使用的产品较少,老年人机体的退化,难以跟上时代的步伐等问题。因此政府需要加强基础设施建设,强化对老年人的责任意识,培育老年人文化消费意识,重视老年人文化市场发展,扶持社会力量参与,引导老年人积极参与文化消费。 China’s population is rapidly aging, and with the rapid development of science and technology, the cultural consumption of the elderly has given a new meaning, and its market value cannot be un-derestimated. In terms of investigation, the writer found some questions: the consumption ability of the elderly is generally not high because they have low income;the infrastructure quality and scales of urban and rural areas and different regions is large;most cultural products have not met the demand of the elderly. Because the degradative organism of the elderly, it is difficult for them to keep up with the pace of the times. So the government needs to strengthen infrastructure con-struction, make responsibility and attach importance to the cultural development of the elderly, cultivate the cultural consumption consciousness of the elderly, support the participation of social forces, and guide the elderly to actively participate in cultural consumption.
