党的十九届四中全会提出,要坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度。这是党的重要文献中第一次把马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位作为党和国家一项根本制度明确下来。而主流媒体平台作为意识形态建设的主阵地,加强意识形态建设意义深远。意识形态建设要以马克思主义为指导,把推进马克思主义理论传播作为根本任务,从巩固马克思主义的指导地位和党的核心地位出发,构建风清气正的网络舆论场。扩大主流价值影响力版图,让党的声音传得更开、传得更广、传得更深入,让马克思主义理论飞入寻常百姓家。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pro-posed that we should adhere to the fundamental system of Marxism’s guiding position in the field of ideology. This is the first time in the party’s important documents that Marxism’s guiding position in the ideological field has been made clear as a fundamental system of the party and the state. As the main position of ideological construction, the mainstream media platform has a profound significance in strengthening ideological construction. The ideological construction should be guided by Marxism, take promoting the spread of Marxist theory as the fundamental task, and build a clean and positive network public opinion field from consolidating the guiding position of Marxism and the core position of the party. We will expand the iinfluence of mainstream values, make the party’s voice more open, wider and deeper, and let Marxist theory fly into the homes of ordinary people.
