基于AHP探究星级酒店员工流失的原因与对策——以济南S酒店为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展,酒店业也呈现了蓬勃的发展生机,不仅如此,还带动了相关产业的发展,为社会的发展注入了新的活力,但在发展的过程中,酒店员工流失的问题也在日益凸显。员工是保障酒店生存和发展的生命线,不合理的员工流失往往会给酒店带来巨大的损失,使酒店员工流失率保持在一个合理的范围之内,这是酒店业值得思考和重视的问题。本文以济南S酒店为例,利用层次分析法探究酒店员工流失的原因,并提出了相应对策。 With the development of China’s social economy, the hotel industry has also shown vigorous de-velopment vitality. Not only that, but it has also stimulated the development of related industries and injected new vitality into the development of society. However, in the course of development, the problem of staff turnover in hotels is also becoming more pronounced. The staff is the lifeline to ensure the survival and development of the hotel. Unreasonable staff turnover will often bring huge losses to the hotel and keep the staff turnover rate within a reasonable range, this is a problem that the hotel industry should think about and attach importance to. This article takes Jinan s hotel as an example, using analytic hierarchy process to explore the reasons for the loss of hotel staff, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
