智能时代:关于中小学教师信息素养培养体系的探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着教育信息化的不断发展,中小学教育阶段的教学模式、教学方法、教学管理以及教学评价等都受到了重大的影响,教育也进入了智能时代。在这个发展的过程中,教师的信息素养水平直接影响着学校信息化建设的进程,应引起当代教育建设者的思维重视。本文通过文献研究法和内容分析法对智能时代的中小学信息化建设的理论研究以及中小学信息建设落实的实际情况进行了分析,发现当前中小学信息化建设过程中缺乏对教师信息素养的重视,没有完善的教师信息素养培养体系。据此,从学生角度和学校设施建设两个方面提出了中小学教师的信息化素质培养的必要性,继而提出培养理念:开放性理念、交互性理念、启发性理念、实践性理念和持续性理念,最后从教师教学理念的转变、教师自身能力的提升以及教育部门和学校的重视程度等角度提出培养建议。 With the continuous development of education information, the teaching modes, teaching methods, teaching management, and teaching evaluation of primary and secondary schools have been significantly affected, and education has entered the era of intelligence. In this development process, the teacher’s information literacy level directly affects the process of school information construction, which should arouse the thinking of contemporary education builders. This paper analyzes the theoretical research on the information construction of primary and middle schools in the intelligent era and the actual situation of the implementation of information construction in primary and secondary schools through literature research and content analysis, and finds that the current process of information construction in primary and secondary schools lacks the importance of teacher information literacy. There is no perfect teacher information literacy training system. Accordingly, from the perspective of students and the construction of school facilities, the necessity of cultivating information quality of primary and middle school teachers is proposed, and then the training concepts are proposed: open concept, interactive concept, enlightening concept, practical concept and sustainability Ideas, and finally put forward training suggestions from the perspective of the transformation of teachers’ teaching ideas, the improvement of teachers’ own abilities, and the importance attached by education departments and schools.
