现代学徒制模式下社会工作硕士研究生“校社”联合培养路径研究——以柳州某高校为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国深化改革和社会治理的推进,社会对于社会工作人才的需求越来越大,国内诸多高校开始招收培养社会工作专业硕士研究生以满足社会发展的需求。虽然社会工作专业在纵横向教学培养设计方面已经具备了一定的体系,但是如何培养出既具有高水平专业理论知识又具有过硬实务能力的复合型、应用型的社会工作硕士生仍然是一个难题所在。本文在现代学徒制模式的指导下,旨在构建“校社”联合培养模式的实施路径,探索“校社”培养模式所能发挥的作用,以期能为高校培养出符合标准的社会工作专业硕士研究生建言献策。 With the deepening of reform and the advancement of social governance in China, the social de-mand for social work talents is increasing, and many colleges in China begin to recruit and train postgraduates in social work to meet the needs of social development. Although the social work major has already had a certain system in the aspect of vertical and horizontal teaching and training design, it is still a difficult problem how to cultivate the compound and applied post-graduates of social work with both high-level professional theoretical knowledge and excellent practical ability. The purpose of the paper is to explore the role of the joint training mode of “school community” through the research on the construction of “school community”, so as to provide suggestions for the cultivation of qualified postgraduates majoring in social work in colleges and universities.
