积极老龄化理念下社区互助养老模式多元共建探讨

Discussion on the Multi-Co-Construction of Community Mutual Support Mode for the Aged under the Concept of Active Aging

随着我国人口老龄化不断加剧,养老服务的供需矛盾日益突出,社区互助养老模式应运而生。作为介于社会养老和居家养老之间的重要补充,社区互助养老模式以其独特的优势,为老年人营造了一个有尊严、有意义的生活共同体,有助于个人、家庭、政府和社会的共赢。本文在积极老龄化理念的指引下,提出应进一步发挥多元主体作用,通过政府扶持、社区主办、老人参与等形式,最终实现社区互助养老的可持续发展。

As China’s population ageing continues to intensify, the contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly care services has become increasingly prominent, and the community mutual assistance model has emerged. As an important supplement between social pension and home pension, the community mutual pension model with its unique advantages has created a dignified and meaningful life community for the elderly, helping to construct a win-win situation for individuals, families, governments and society. Under the guidance of the concept of active aging, it is proposed that the role of multiple subjects should be further played, and through government support, community sponsorship, participation of the elderly and other forms, the sustainable development of community mutual assistance for the elderly can be finally achieved.
