知识经济时代下的企业竞争在某种程度上已经成为核心员工的竞争。领导者激发核心员工能量之前,要先了解核心员工的特征,场独立/场依存认知风格理论提供了很好的理论框架。企业领导应该从权力需要、成就需要、亲和需要三方面对核心员工进行适当的激励。
To a certain extent, enterprise competition in the era of knowledge economy has become the competition of core employees. Before leaders inspire the energy of core employees, they must first understand the characteristics of core employees. Field independent/independent Cognitive styles provide a good theoretical framework. Business leaders are supposed to provide appropriate incentives to core employees from three aspects: power needs, achievement needs, and affinity needs.
