摘要
自2019年12月新冠肺炎爆发后,为防止疫情继续升级,国家开启突发公共卫生事件一级响应,各大城市相继限制出行,人们纷纷隔离在家。2020年1月28日教育部发布延期开学通知,各学校各自采取相应措施,倡导“停课不停学”开通了线上课程。对于大学生而言,疫情不仅给日常的生活带来巨大的影响,改变了他们的学习方式,同时还可能会使他们产生一些心理问题,如恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等。针对这些出现的心理问题,需要尽快采取相关措施,才能够使大学生拥有更加健康的成长。
Since the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia in December 2019, in order to prevent the escalation of the epidemic, the country has opened a first-level response to public health emergencies. Major cities have restricted travel and people have been isolated at home. On January 28, 2020, the Ministry of Education issued an extension notice, and each school took corresponding measures to promote the opening of online courses without stopping classes. For college students, the epidemic not only has a huge impact on their daily lives, but also changes their learning methods. It may also cause them to have some psychological problems, such as fear, anxiety, depression, etc. In response to these psychological problems, relevant measures need to be taken as soon as possible to enable college students to grow healthily.
