在新中国成立至今70多年的历程中,在中国共产党的带领下,我们取得了令人瞩目的成就,究其根本原因就在于我们党在艰难探索中开辟了中国特色社会主义道路。中国特色社会主义是对马克思主义、毛泽东思想的继承与发展,其旺盛生命力在马克思主义科学理论与中国具体实际相结合的多次飞跃中得到彰显。通过梳理中国特色社会主义历史发展脉络发现,中国特色社会主义之所以彰显出蓬勃生命力,其主要原因有:一是中国特色社会主义最大的制度优势就是坚持党的领导;二是善于学习和总结经验、敢于自我革命,使我们党永葆先进性、纯洁性;三是始终立足国情,实事求是,坚持科学理论为指导;四是不忘初心,牢记使命,始终做到心中有人民。

In the more than 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the leader-ship of the Communist Party of China, we have made remarkable achievements. The fundamental reason lies in the fact that our Party has blazed a trail of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the course of arduous explorations. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and development of Marxism and Mao Zedong thought, and its vigorous vitality has been manifested in the multiple leaps combining Marxist scientific theory with China’s concrete reality. Through sorting out the historical development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is found that the main reasons why socialism with Chinese characteristics shows vigorous vitality are as follows: First, the biggest institutional advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics is adhering to the leadership of the party;Second, be good at learning and summarizing experience, and dare to self-revolution, so that our party will always maintain its advanced nature and purity;Three is always based on national conditions to seek truth from facts, and adhere to the scientific theory as the guidance;fourth, we should never forget our mission at the beginning and always have the people in mind.
