东部地区高技术产业集聚度测度与研究

摘要 高集聚水平的高技术产业有利于促进区域经济的高质量发展。本文采用2009~2018年期间东部地区高技术产业的数据,利用空间基尼系数和区位熵指数测算东部地区高技术产业的集聚程度,并比较各个地区的发展状况。研究表明我国东部地区高技术产业总体上处于中高度的集聚水平,但呈现了先集中后分散的趋势。从不同省份来看,高技术产业细分行业在不同地区的发展不均衡,且存在较大的差异。因此,各个地区应充分发挥自身的发展优势,结合自身的发展需求和特点,通过利用原材料资源及工业基础、不断培养和吸纳高技术人才,健全行业规范制度等措施来提高高技术产业的集聚度,从而促进经济高质量发展。 High-tech industries with high agglomeration levels are conducive to promoting the high-quality development of regional economies. This paper uses the data of high-tech industries in the eastern region from 2009 to 2018, uses the spatial Gini coefficient and location entropy index to measure the degree of agglomeration of high-tech industries in the eastern region, and compares the development status of each region. Studies have shown that the high-tech industries in the eastern part of my country are generally at a medium to high level of agglomeration, but they show a trend of first concentration and then dispersion. From the perspective of different provinces, the development of high-tech industry sub-sectors in different regions is uneven, and there are large differences. Therefore, each region should give full play to its own development advantages, combine its own development needs and characteristics, and increase the concentration of high-tech industries through measures such as the use of raw material resources and industrial foundation, continuous cultivation and absorption of high-tech talents, and improvement of industry norms and systems, thereby promoting high-quality economic development.
