经济人类学视角下达斡尔族库木勒茶产业思考

摘要 文化是经济人类学中一个研究的关键问题,达斡尔族的库木勒因丰富的文化内涵,在其历史上发挥着重要功能与作用,作为达斡尔族的救命菜,库木勒担负着承载历史文化信息和记事的功能,不但作为文化活动的重要载体,还蕴含了达斡尔族传统的道德观念和价值认知,并通过库木勒节、饮食、祭祀、交往等表达它所具有的经济社会意义。在这个新时代,库木勒借助旅游产业和文化产业融入现代经济体系的运行之中,使达斡尔族的库木勒文化在多种因素推动之下得到传承与发展。本文将从经济人类学的独特视角出发,对达斡尔族库木勒茶产业开展研究,为我国少数民族特色文化产业发展提供参考。 Culture is a key issue in economic anthropology. Due to its rich cultural connotation, Kumule of Daur nationality plays an important role in its history. As a life-saving dish of Daur nationality, Kumule bears the function of carrying historical and cultural information and recording events. It is not only an important carrier of cultural activities, but also contains the traditional moral concepts and values of Daur people. Through Kumule Festival, diet, sacrifice, communication and so on, it expresses its economic and social significance. In this new era, with the help of tourism industry and cultural industry, Kumule is integrated into the operation of modern economic system, which makes the Kumule culture of Daur nationality inherit and develop under the promotion of various factors. From the unique perspective of economic anthropology, this paper will carry out research on the Tea Industry of the Daur Kumule ethnic group, and provide reference for the development of cultural industry with minority characteristics in China.
