中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,提高全要素生产率是推动我国经济高质量发展的主要推动力。提高全要素生产率的两个主要途径是提高要素市场化配置效率和推动科技创新。因此,提高全要素生产率,必须依靠制度创新完善市场经济体制和科技体制的制度安排。联动改革市场经济体制和科技体制,实现市场经济与科学技术的良性协调互动,推动高质量发展。

Improving total factor productivity is the main driving force for the high-quality development of my country’s economy. The two main ways to improve total factor productivity are to improve the efficiency of factor market allocation and to promote technological innovation.
