新形势下民族高校服务型党组织的建设探索——以北方民族大学马克思主义学院为例

On the Construction of Service-Oriented Party Organizations in National Universities under the New Situation—Taking Marxist College of North Minzu University as an Example

中国共产党历来高度重视基层服务型党组织的建设,强调要坚持马克思主义理论的群众史观,坚持中国共产党的宗旨,坚持群众路线。本文基于北方民族大学马克思主义学院基层党组织建设的实践探索,对如何加强基层服务型党组织建设,进行了有益的探索。从明确服务定位、强化组织建设、校企联合互动、精化志愿活动及创新服务方式等五个方面开展工作,实践证明上述举措效果良好,促使基层党组织服务了党员群众,使高校中心工作落到了实处。

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations, and stressed that we should adhere to the Marxist theory of mass history, adhere to the purpose of the Communist Party of China, and adhere to the mass line. Based on the practical exploration of the construction of the basic party organization in the school of Marxism of North Minzu University, this paper makes a beneficial exploration on how to strengthen the construction of the basic service-oriented party organization. The work is carried out from five aspects: clear service orientation, strengthening organization construction, school enterprise joint interaction, refined volunteer activities, and innovative service methods. The practice proves that the above-mentioned measures have good effect, which impels the grass-roots party organizations to serve the party members and the masses, and makes the central work of colleges and universities put into practice.
