摘要
新形势下,把精准思维融入高校思想政治教育的全过程,是推动高校思想政治教育创新的现实要求与必然选择。本文首先分析了高校思想政治教育当前面临着精准思维成为社会共识、意识形态形势复杂的时代新背景,再指出精准思维视域下高校思想政治教育具有“线上教育”和“线下教育”相结合、“漫灌教育”和“滴灌教育”相结合、“群体教育”和“个体教育”相结合、“理论教育”和“实践教育”相结合的教学新特点,其次对照精准思维的教学要求,揭示了当前高校思想政治教育存在着教学体系不完善、教师水平不均衡、需求把握不准确的问题,最后有针对性地提出完善教学组织体系、提高教师队伍能力、了解学生教学需求的高校思想政治教育创新思路,以期在精准思维指引下,高校思想政治教育取得新的发展、实现新的突破、达到新的水平。
Under the new situation, the integration of accurate thinking into the whole process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the realistic requirement and inevitable choice to promote the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the background of the times when the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing the social consensus of precision thinking and the complex ideological situation, then points out that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has the new characteristics of “online education” and “offline education”, “diffuse irrigation education” and “drip irrigation education”, “group education” and “individual education”, “theoretical education” and “practical education”. Secondly, according to the teaching requirement of precision thinking, it reveals the problems of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities that the teaching organization system, the level of teachers and the orientation of the object needs are not accurate. Finally, it puts forward the innovative ideas of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to perfect the teaching organization system, improve the ability of teachers and understand the students’ teaching needs. It is expected that under the guidance of accurate thinking, ideological and political education in colleges and universities will achieve new development, new breakthroughs and new levels.
