荆州加快融入国家“一带一路”倡议的路径研究

Research on the Path to Accelerate Jingzhou’s Integration into the National “Belt and Road” Initiative

“一带一路”倡议为世界经济增长注入了新动力,为全球发展开辟了新空间。荆州作为湖北主动融入“一带一路”战略的重要节点,战略地位十分重要,但还存在“走出去”积极性与主动性不够、软硬件设施服务有待完善、市场信息灵敏度不高、开放结构层次不优、对外开放布局“边缘化”等诸多困境。立足新时代,荆州应抢抓国家扩大内陆开放的重大机遇,明确融入“一带一路”的战略意义和优势,做好顶层规划设计,推动产业结构转型升级,完善通道与平台建设,深度开展人文交流合作,着力构建开放型经济新体制,建设内陆开放新高地。

The Belt and Road Initiative has injected new impetus to world economic growth and opened up new space for global development. As an important node of the “Belt and Road” strategy, Jingzhou is very important in strategic position. However, there are still many difficulties such as lack of initiative and initiative to “going out”, lack of hardware and software facilities and services, low sensitivity of market information, poor level of open structure, and “marginalization” of opening up layout. Based on the new era, Jingzhou should seize the major opportunities for the country to expand its inland opening, clarify the strategic significance and advantages of integrating into the “Belt and Road”, do a good job in top-level planning and design, promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, improve the channel and platform construction, carry out in-depth humanities exchanges and cooperation, focus on building a new open economic system, and build a new highland of inland opening.
