从学生视角探索复合型外语人才法律技能培养

摘要 随着“一带一路”倡议实施,中国与沿线国家的交往日益密切。与此同时,在政治、经济等方面的频繁往来对通晓当地法律的高端翻译人才提出了要求。为了满足社会对“外语 + 法律”复合型人才的需求,高校开始积极探索复合型外语人才培养。目前,有关复合型外语人才培养的探索虽已有三十余年,然而有关“外语 + 法律”复合型人才的研究却并不多。且多从教育者的角度展开,很少从学生的角度出发。对于学生来说,如何掌握岗位所需的知识与技能,实现从校园到职场的顺利过渡具有重要意义。因此,本文通过文献研究法,针对“外语 + 法律”复合型人才的培养现状进行分析,并通过调查研究法统计并分析主流招聘网站的具体招聘要求,最后从学生视角探索如何培养法律技能,为有志于此类工作的学生提供参考。 With the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, China’s exchanges with countries along the belt and road are getting closer. At the same time, frequent contacts in politics, economy and other areas require high-end translators having a good command of local laws and regulations. In order to meet the social demand for “foreign language + law” compound talents, colleges and universities began to actively explore the cultivation of compound foreign language talents. At present, although there have been more than 30 years of exploration on the cultivation of compound foreign language talents, studies on “foreign language + law” compound foreign language talents are not so many. Researchers tend to conduct studies from the perspective of educators, rarely from that of students. For students, it is of great significance to master the knowledge and skills required for the position and realize a smooth transition from campus to workplace. Therefore, this paper will analyze the current situation of cultivating “foreign language + law” compound talents via literature study method, and then a statistical analysis of specific recruitment requirements on recruitment websites will be conducted through investigation method. After that, this paper will explore how to cultivate legal skills from the perspective of students, so as to provide suggestions for students interested in such jobs.
