推进军队院校实战化教学改革是新时代军事教育方针的必然要求,也是新时代强军目标的重要举措。军队院校因打仗而生,为打仗而建,其一切办学活动聚焦能打仗、打胜仗。“为战育人”是新时代教育方针的一个鲜明特点,是强国兴军有力的人才保障。因此,将课堂与战场精准对接,大力推动实战化教学改革是新时代军队院校教育发展的主流方向。本文就“为战育人”背景下军队院校实战化教学改革进行了探析。

Promoting the actual combat teaching reform in military academies is an inevitable requirement of the military education policy in the new era and an important measure for the goal of streng-thening the military in the new era. Military academies were born out of wars and built for wars. All school-running activities focus on being able to fight and win wars. “Educating people for war” is a distinctive feature of the education policy in the new era, and it is a powerful guarantee of talents for strengthening the country and rejuvenating the army. Therefore, accurately linking the classroom with the battlefield and vigorously promoting the reform of actual combat teaching is the mainstream direction of the development of military academies in the new era. This article analyzes the actual combat teaching reform in military academies under the background of “education for war”.
