健康老龄化背景下医养结合发展困境与对策研究——基于江西省调研

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Medical-Nursing Care Model under the Background of Healthy Aging—Based on the Survey of Jiangxi Province

本文以健康老龄化为研究背景,探讨江西省医养结合养老服务模式的现状和发展困境。发现江西省医养结合还存在服务主体存在大量空缺,服务内容较为单一,服务人员数量存在大量缺口和缺乏明确的政策引导和衔接等问题。通过实地调研、文献分析等研究方法,以江西省部分典型医养结合机构和社区服务中心为主要研究对象,针对现存的发展困境分析其中的原因,提出发展江西省医养结合的相关建议。需要加强政府支持力度,建立各个主体之间的协调机制,加大农村颐养之家的建设力度,加强专业人才队伍的建设。

Based on the research background of healthy aging, this paper discusses the current situation and development dilemma of medical-nursing care model in Jiangxi Province. It is found that there are still many problems in medical-nursing care mode in Jiangxi Province, such as lacking of the large number of service subjects, the relatively single service content, lacking of the large number of service personnel and lacking of clear policy guidance and connection. Through field investigation, literature analysis and other research methods, this paper takes some typical medical-nursing care institutions and community service centers in Jiangxi Province as the main research objects, analyzes the reasons for the existing development difficulties, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of medical-nursing care model in Jiangxi Province. It is necessary to strengthen government support, establish coordination mechanisms among various subjects, strengthen the construction of rural nursing homes, and strengthen the construction of professional personnel.
