学习型农村社区建设与乡村振兴的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Learning Rural Community Construction and Rural Revitalization

十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,坚持农业和农村发展为重中之重,建立健全城乡发展一体化的制度和政策体系。学习型农村社区作为城乡一体化发展的有效载体、乡村治理的重要部分和农村发展的基础性工程,对于推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。乡村振兴与学习型农村社区建设之间互为影响、相辅相成,存在着紧密的耦合关系。乡村振兴为学习型农村社区建设提供了难得的历史发展机遇,学习型农村社区建设则对乡村振兴目标的实现有着强有力的助推作用,应当统筹推进乡村振兴与学习型农村社区建设。

In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it is proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy, to give top priority to agricultural and rural development, and establish a sound system and policy framework for integrating urban and rural development. As an effective carrier of urban-rural integration development, an important part of rural governance and a basic project of rural development, learning rural community plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization. Rural revitalization and learning rural community construction influence each other, and complement each other;there is a close coupling relationship between them. Rural revitalization provides a rare historical development opportunity for the construction of learning rural communities, and the construction of learning rural communities has a strong role in promoting the realization of the goal of rural revitalization.
