幼儿教师游戏精神的缺失与培养策略

摘要 游戏精神是人的精神生命的一部分,对促进幼儿健康成长发展具有重要教育意义。作为在整个幼儿园与幼儿相处时间最多的幼儿教师理应充分具备这种精神。然而在社会现实中我国幼儿教师的游戏精神的不断缺失的严重状况不容忽视,它直接严重影响着我国幼儿教师的教学专业技能发展,影响着幼儿身心的全面健康发展。本文重点论述了当今幼儿教师游戏精神缺失的表现,分析了幼儿园教师游戏精神缺失的原因,以及更好的培养幼儿教师游戏精神的策略。 Play spirit is a part of people’s spiritual life, which has important educational significance for promoting children’s healthy growth and development. As preschool teachers who spend the most time with children in the whole kindergarten, they should fully possess this spirit. However, in the social reality, the serious situation of our preschool teachers’ lack of play spirit cannot be ignored, which directly and seriously affects the development of our preschool teachers’ teaching professional skills and the comprehensive and healthy development of children’s body and mind. This paper focuses on the performance of today’s preschool teachers’ lack of play spirit, analyzes the reasons of kindergarten teachers’ lack of play spirit, and puts forward some strategies to better cultivate preschool teachers’ play spirit.
