社会工作介入机构养老服务研究综述

A Review of Research on Social Work Involvement in Institutional Care for the Aged

20世纪末,我国正式进入老龄化社会,为分担老龄化带来的社会压力,大力发展机构养老服务成为热点之一。但养老机构在发展的同时,也出现了诸多问题,亟待解决。社会工作作为社会服务的专业学科,在优化机构养老服务方面有其优势,诸多学者都对社会工作介入机构养老服务进行了相关研究,如社工介入其中的必要性和可行性、主要的服务对象和服务内容、面临的困境及具体的介入路径等。但相关文献存在研究质量较低、研究对象有局限性以及研究方法不够广泛的问题,需要引起研究者们的注意。

At the end of the 20th century, China has officially entered the aging society. In order to share the social pressure brought by aging, it has become one of the hot spots to vigorously develop institutional pension services. However, with the development of pension institutions, there are also many problems to be solved. As a professional discipline of social services, social work has its advantages in optimizing institutional pension services. Many scholars have conducted relevant studies on the involvement of social work in institutional pension services, such as the necessity and feasibility of social work involvement, main service objects and service contents, difficulties faced by social work and specific intervention paths. However, there are some problems in related literature, such as low research quality, limited research objects and not extensive research methods, which need to be paid attention to by researchers.
