基于政策文本分析的职业学校师德建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teachers’ Ethics in Vocational Schools Based on the Analysis of Policy Text

师德是教师的灵魂,师德建设是教师队伍建设的永恒主题。通过NVivo11质性分析软件对国家职业教育师资队伍建设及师德建设政策文本进行三级编码与分析,构建了师德建设目标及师德建设途径的二维框架。研究结果发现,2002年以前,我国职业学校师德建设主要关注师德建设目标,2002年以后,关注点开始转向师德建设途径,同时具有师德建设的目标与途径均衡建设的发展趋势。

Teacher’s ethics is the soul of teachers, and the construction of teacher’s ethics is the eternal theme of teachers’ team construction. By means of NVivo11 qualitative analysis software, the author constructs a two-dimensional framework of the goal and the way of teachers’ moral construction. The research results show that before 2002, the construction of teachers’ ethics in vocational schools in China mainly focuses on the goal of teachers’ ethics construction. After 2002, the focus began to turn to the way of teachers’ ethics construction, and at the same time, it has the development trend of balanced construction of teachers’ ethics construction goals and ways.
