摘要
我国离婚率连续多年上涨,离异家庭持续增多,离异家庭青少年群体与日俱增。由于离婚带来的生活成本升高和养育孩子压力的增大,离异父母不得已把孩子交托给祖辈教养,外出务工。在离异家庭中,孙辈是否适应隔代教育,祖辈的教育观念、方式方法是否有利于孙辈的健康成长,这有待商榷。本文以离异家庭青少年为服务对象,通过采用个案工作方法分析离异家庭青少年在隔代教育家庭中存在的问题,帮助其解决心理、行为、学习、家庭关系问题,促使接受隔代教育的离异家庭青少年健康成长,最后进行个案工作反思。
The divorce rate in my country has been rising for many years, the number of divorced families continues to increase, and the number of teenagers from divorced families is increasing day by day. Due to the increased cost of living brought about by divorce and the increased pressure of raising children, divorced parents had to entrust their children to their grandparents and work outside. In divorced families, whether grandchildren can adapt to inter-generational education, and whether grandchildren’s educational concepts, methods and methods are conducive to the healthy growth of grandchildren are open to question. This article uses casework methods to analyze the problems of teenagers from divorced families in inter-generational education families, and helps them solve their psychological, behavioral, learning, and family relationship problems, promote the healthy growth of adolescents of divorced families receiving inter-generational education, and finally carry out case work reflection.
