高校思想政治教育承载着为党育人、为国育才的神圣使命。新时代要以精细化的顶层设计为指引,以精品化的内容结构为依托,以精确化的实施方案为抓手,克服高校思想政治教育“精度”不足、“准度”不高、“力度”不强、“深度”不够、“效度”不达标的现实困境,以期实现“粗放型思想政治教育”向“精准化思想政治教育”的积极转变,为新时代高校思想政治教育的提质增效和换档升级提供强劲动力。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities carries the sacred mission of nur-turing people for the Party and the country. In the new era, we should take the top-level design as the guide, the high-quality content structure as the basis, and the precise implementation plan as the grasp, so as to overcome the real dilemma that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not “precise”, “accurate”, “strong”, “deep” and “effective”. In the end, it will realize the positive change from “rough ideological and political education” to “precise ideological and political education” and provide strong impetus to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in the new era.
