在当今的新媒体时代,法治宣传教育的内容、渠道和方法较传统法治发生重大转变。法治内容上,网络的及时性与交互性,让法治事件和法律专家意见成为法治内容的重要补充,单一法条也逐渐被社会主义法律体系所代替。法治渠道上,在传播渠道多样化的影响下,复合传播渠道成为法治主渠道,在渠道融合中实现法治内容的最优传播是互联网时代的大趋势。法治方法上,观念传播成为继法律常识教育的又一重点,两者相互交织作用,共同构成当前法治教育的主流方法。

In today’s new media era, the content, channels and methods of publicity and education on the rule of law have undergone major changes compared with the traditional rule of law. Regarding the content of the rule of law, the timeliness and interactivity of the network have made rule of law events and legal expert opinions an important supplement to the content of the rule of law, and a single law is gradually being replaced by the socialist legal system. In terms of the rule of law channel, under the influence of the diversification of communication channels, the composite com-munication channel has become the main channel of the rule of law. Realizing the optimal dis-semination of the content of the rule of law in the integration of channels is a general trend in the Internet era. In terms of the method of rule of law, the dissemination of ideas has become another focus of legal knowledge education, and the two intertwined with each other to form the current mainstream method of rule of law education.
