摘要
本文以青年员工培养为切入点,探讨了实施青年员工职业生涯规划管理的现实意义,在分析了青年员工现状和特点的基础上,提出了做好青年员工职业生涯规划的措施建议,以期为青年员工培养提供参考。
In this paper, the training of young employees as a starting point, discussed the practical signific-ance of the implementation of career planning management of young employees, in the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of young employees on the basis of the proposal to do a good job of young employees career planning measures, in order to provide reference for the training of young employees.
