社工与服务利益相关方关系中的伦理困境探析——以深圳D社区党群服务中心实践为例

An Analysis of the Ethical Dilemma in the Relationship between Social Workers and Service Stakeholders—Taking the Practice of Shenzhen D Community Party and Mass Service Center as an Example

社会工作之于我国来说属于舶来品,随着社会工作的快速发展,我国特有的社会工作伦理困境也随之产生,由于“人情社会”大环境、政府购买社工服务等原因导致社会工作者在与服务利益相关方的关系中陷入伦理困境。因此,本文基于在深圳D社区党群服务中心的实践,以社工与服务利益相关方的关系为切入点,对两者关系中的伦理困境及其原因进行探析,并探索符合我国社会工作伦理困境的解决路径。

Social work is an imported product to my country. With the rapid development of social work, my country’s unique social work ethical dilemma has also arisen. Due to the “human sentiment society” environment and the government’s purchase of social work services, social workers fall into ethical dilemmas in their relationships with service stakeholders. Therefore, based on the practice in the party masses Service Center of D community in Shenzhen, taking the relationship between social workers and service stakeholders as the starting point, this paper analyzes the ethical dilemma and its causes in the relationship between them, and explores the solution path in line with the ethical dilemma of social work in China.
