In the context of the new era, there are some problems and challenges in the party building and business integration of grassroots meteorological departments. This paper focuses on the main problems existing in the integration development of grassroots party construction and business in meteorological industry, takes the innovative practice of Changle Meteorological Bureau as an example, and makes a specific description of how to steadily promote the in-depth integration of party construction and meteorological business, providing reference for grassroots meteorological departments to explore the way of the development of party construction and business in the same frequency resonance.
