是耗本制利,还是趋利避害?——浙江圣兆医药精益仓储管理研究

Is It to Consume the Capital to Make Profits, or to Seek Advantages and Avoid Disadvantages?—Research on Lean Warehouse Management of Zhejiang Shengzhao Pharmaceutical

随着我国人民生活水平提高,及国家医疗社保体系改革,医药行业成为我国治理和发展的重要产业,是我国最具潜力的行业之一。医药及医疗产品的仓储作业是关系医药及医疗产品质量的重要环节,是药品监督部门重点关注的领域,在药品流通过程中的地位举足轻重。本文以浙江圣兆药物有限公司(以下简称“浙江圣兆”)为研究对象,采用鱼骨分析图发现其仓储管理环节存在的问题,基于精益管理思想,分析该企业在仓储设置、管理人员、管理流程及信息化技术四方面内容,提出强化仓储管理系统中的功能、简化规范仓储管理流程等建议措施。在精益医药仓储管理模式下,对于医药医疗仓储活动有效提高运作效率,促进企业高质量发展,具有一定的借鉴作用。

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the reform of the national medical and social security system, the pharmaceutical industry has become an important industry for governance and development in China and one of the most potential industries in China. The storage operation of medicine and medical products is an important link related to the quality of medicine and medical products. It is the focus of the drug supervision department and plays an important role in the process of drug circulation. Taking Zhejiang Shengzhao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang Shengzhao”) as the research object, this paper uses the fishbone analysis diagram to find the problems existing in its warehouse management. Based on the idea of lean management, this paper analyzes the four aspects of the enterprise in warehouse setting, management personnel, management process and information technology, and puts forward some suggestions and measures to strengthen the functions in the warehouse management system, and simplify and standardize warehouse management process. Under the lean pharmaceutical warehouse management mode, it can effectively improve the operation efficiency and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
