基于立德树人视野下校园文化建设探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Campus Culture from the Perspective of Building Morality and Cultivating People

新的历史条件下,校园文化已经成为高校思想政治教育工作的重要途径和主要载体。尤其是伴随着近些年“立德树人”教育理念的提出,各地高校在学校的校园文化建设中,也愈来愈重视对于学生综合品德素质的培育。因此,基于立德树人视野下进行校园文化的建设已经成为目前我国高校精神文明建设的重要任务,一方面校园文化的建设顺应了国家新教育理念的贯彻落实,另一方面基于立德树人理念下的校园文化更能够培育出对社会和国家有益的德才兼备型的栋梁人才。本文在分析了现阶段我国高校校园文化建设的实际现状后,指出了在立德树人视角下进行校园文化建设中存在的一些问题,并且提出了一些改进策略,以供参考。

Under the conditions of the new historical period, campus culture has become the focus of ideo-logical and political education in colleges and universities. Especially in recent years, with the proposal of the educational concept of “Building Morality and Cultivating People”, colleges and universities around the campus culture construction, also pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive moral quality. Therefore, the construction of campus culture based on the perspective of Building Morality and Cultivating People has become an important task in the construction of spiritual civilization in China’s colleges. On the one hand, the construction of campus culture conforms to the implementation of the new national education concept, and on the other hand, based on Building Morality and Cultivating People, the campus culture under the concept can cultivate talents with both ability and political integrity that are beneficial to society and the country. After analyzing the actual situation of campus culture construction in China, this paper points out some problems in the construction of campus culture from the perspective of Building Morality and Cultivating People, and puts forward some improvement strategies for reference.
