新时代高校基层学生党支部组织建设存在的问题及对策研究

摘要 新时代背景下提升高校基层学生党支部的组织建设,根本目的就是加强高校党的领导,夯实高校基层党组织建设,确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实。按照党中央各级部门的指导意见和综合性措施办法,在各方面提升高校基层学生党支部组织建设是大势所趋。本文从新时期、新背景下出发,结合新时代高校学生的特点和实际情况,根据高校基层学生党支部组织建设发展存在的问题和现状进行分析,提出加强高校基层学生党支部组织建设存在的问题给予相应的提升对策,引导高校基层学生党支部抓重点、补短板、强弱项,对稳步提升基层党支部组织建设具有重要意义。 Under the background of the new era, the fundamental purpose of improving the organizational construction of the party branch of the grass-roots students in colleges and universities is to strengthen the leadership of the party in colleges and universities, consolidate the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, and ensure the implementation of the party’s line, principles, policies and decision-making arrangements. In accordance with the guiding opinions and comprehensive measures and measures of the Party Central Committee at all levels, it is the general trend to improve the organization and construction of the Party branch of the grass-roots students in colleges and universities in all aspects. Starting from the new era and new background, combined with the characteristics and actual conditions of college students in the new era, this paper analyzes the problems and current situations in the development of the grass-roots student party branch organization in colleges and universities, and proposes to strengthen the grass-roots student party branch organization construction in colleges and universities. Corresponding improvement measures are of great significance to guide the grass-roots student party branches in colleges and universities to focus on key points, make up for shortcomings, and strengthen the weak points, which are of great significance for steadily improving the organizational construction of grass-roots party branches.
