农村低龄老人参与互助养老意愿的影响因素研究——以河北省深州市D村为例

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Rural Young Elderly’s Willingness to Participate in Mutual Support for the Aged—Taking D Village, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province as an Example

农村互助养老是农村社会化养老方式的重要组成部分,农村熟人社会网络和传统互帮互助的文化传统为互助养老提供了可能。本文基于社会交换理论,从社会规则、相对资源和最小兴趣三个维度进行实地调研,与D村多位老人进行深度访谈,探讨农村低龄老人参与互助养老的意愿及影响因素,并有针对性地提出可行性的优化路径,对于提升农村互助养老服务质量和服务效率,满足老年人当前多样化的需求,促进我国养老事业的发展和完善具有重要意义。

Rural mutual support for the aged is an important part of rural socialized endowment. The rural acquaintance social network and the traditional cultural tradition of mutual help provide the possibility of mutual support for the aged. In this paper, based on the social exchange theory, from the social rules, the relative resources and least interested in three dimensions of field investigation, in-depth interviews with more than D village old man to explore the will of the rural young old man involved in mutual endowment and affecting factors, and put forward the feasibility of targeted optimization path, for ascension rural mutual endowment service quality and service efficiency, it is of great significance to meet the current diversified needs of the elderly and promote the development and improvement of China’s pension industry.
