摘要
波兰尼1958年首次在《个人知识》提出了意会知识,打破了传统的认知结构。日本学者野中郁次郎(Yujiro Nonaka)基于波兰尼知识分类,提出隐性知识和与显性知识之间相互转化的SECI模型。本文将基于SECI模型对大学英语拓展阅读课程进行SPOC教学设计,旨在通过社会化、外化、组合和内化四个阶段进行英语显隐性知识转化,达到学习者学习英语效率的提升。
Polanyi’s theory of tacit knowledge, which was proposed for the first time in personal knowledge in 1958, breaks the traditional cognitive structure. Japanese scholar Yujiro Nonaka proposed the SECI model, which describes the transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, based on knowledge classification of Polanyi. Based on the model of SECI, this paper will carry out the SPOC teaching design of the college English extensive reading, aiming to transform the English explicit and tacit knowledge through the four stages of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, so as to improve the efficiency of English learning.
