摘要
兼职辅导员作为辅导员队伍中的重要组成部分,成为新时代下加强和提高学生思想政治能力的主力军。在读研究生担任兼职辅导员有工作热情高、主动性强、双重身份利于沟通、工作信息渠道交流渠道畅通以及接受新事物能力及创新能力强等优势,但也存在管理经验不足、学工矛盾突出、工作缺乏连续性、激励机制不完善等问题。本文通过对高校研究生担任兼职辅导员的问题进行分析,提出几点建议,对提高兼职辅导员的工作能力,提升辅导员队伍的整体水平有启示意义。
As an important part of the instructor team, part-time counselors have become the main force to strengthen and improve students’ ideological and political ability in the new era. Graduate stu-dents as part-time instructors have high work enthusiasm, initiative and double identity work for communication, information communication channels, and the ability to accept new things and the advantages of strong innovation ability, but there are also some problems such as lack of management experience, outstanding contradiction between students and workers, lack of continuity of work and imperfect incentive mechanism. This paper analyzes the problems of postgraduates serving as part-time counselors in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the working ability of part-time counselors and enhance the overall level of counselors.
