新中国成立初期高校教师政治理论学习的历史经验回顾

A Review of the Historical Experience of College Teachers’ Political Theory Learning in the Early Days of the Founding of New China

新中国成立初期,我国高校教师政治理论学习取得了一定成就。通过组织高校教师学习马克思主义理论、发挥苏联专家在教师政治理论学习中的指导作用、坚持集体学习和自主学习相结合,高校教师队伍得到壮大,教师理论水平得到提高。总结这一时期高校教师政治理论学习的历史经验,为做好当前高校教师政治理论学习提供了经验借鉴,即不断加强马克思主义理论学习,深化知识修养、坚持政治理论学习与国情相结合、丰富和拓展政治理论学习的形式。

In the early stage of new China, the political theory study of college teachers in China has made some achievements. By organizing college teachers to study Marxist theory, giving full play to the guiding role of Soviet experts in teachers’ political theory learning, and adhering to the combination of collective learning and autonomous learning, the team of college teachers has been expanded and the theoretical level of teachers has been improved. Summing up the historical experience of college teachers’ political theory learning in this period provides experience reference for the current college teachers’ political theory learning, that is, continuously strengthen the study of Marxist theory, deepen knowledge cultivation, adhere to the combination of political theory learning and national conditions, and enrich and expand the forms of political theory learning.
