应用型本科高校辅导员开展工科类大学生思政教育工作探索

Exploration on the Ideological and Political Education of Engineering College Students Carried Out by Applied College Counselors

辅导员是高校对学生进行思政教育工作的主要实施者,对学生人生观和价值观的形成具有重要影响。为了更好地提高应用型本科高校工科类大学生的思想政治觉悟水平和人生理想信念,本文首先详细地分析了辅导员在工科类大学生中开展思政教育工作的重要意义及存在的问题,并提出相关的改进策略,以提高辅导员在高校思政教育工作中的实效性。

Counselors are the implementers and nurturers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which has an important influence on the formation of college students’ outlook on life and values. In order to better improve engineering college students’ ideological and political awareness level and life ideal faith in the applied undergraduate colleges and universities, first of all, this paper has a detailed analysis of the important significance and existing problems of the counselors of political education on college students in engineering education background;secondly it also brings forward relevant strategies of improvement so as to improve the effectiveness on ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
